Do you think you're good at maintaining a healthy work/life balance? In your ideal world, how much of your time, energy, and resources would be devoted to your personal life versus your work life? What are your personal tips and tricks for making sure your work life and personal life don't intrude on one another too often?

When you work at Walmart, there is no such thing as a healthy work/life balance. I come home so tired and worn out that exercise and yoga are out of the question. All I ever want to do is eat and sleep to make up for the major energy drain.

In my ideal world, we'd have enough staff to get work done instead of squeezing a handful of employees to their limits and demoralizing them as well.
