Build your perfect pizza for us. Thick or thin crust, red or white sauce, the sky's the limit on toppings -- what makes your mouth water most when picking up a slice? What abomination of a topping will never grace your pizza, even though you see others enjoying it?

I used to live near a mom-and-pop pizza joint that made baked potato pizza. Very thin layer of sour cream as the "sauce". Blended cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Big chunks of potato. Big chunks of real bacon. Real, freshly-chopped green onions. Thick crust. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it!

I also like California Pizza Kitchen's BBQ Chicken Pizza, and Pizza Hut's Meat Lover's Pizza. CPK doesn't really do thick crust, which is a shame, but at least at Pizza Hut I can get the Pan Pizza.

There's place where I live, they make Cheese Macaroni Pizza. It may sound gross but it's so not. Thin crust, elbow style macaroni, a velvetta type cheese sauce and some mozzarella cheese.

The weird thing about the mom-and-pop place is that the Baked Potato Pizza was the only decent pizza they made. I tried several other varieties from their menu, and I just wasn't crazy about the sauce or the quality of the toppings. But damn, I miss the Baked Potato Pizza!

lol, Sometimes it's those really unique, stand-outfrom the rest ideas people have that are the best.
